Raising Power Network ensures high quality and fast O&M for PV systems

Raising Power Unveils Full Service at Intersolar 2016

Augsburg – June 20, 2016.
Raising Power GmbH announced today it will unveil its full service offerings for the technical operation management of photovoltaic systems at Intersolar Europe in Munich from June 22 - 24, 2016. Raising Power’s exhibition at Booth 253 in Hall B2 will focus on its service network that offers customers and partners comprehensive O&M solutions with locally based and certified service technicians to ensure a high level of quality and rapid service call-outs for system operators and manufacturers.

As an independent operation manager, Raising Power focuses primarily on the technical operation management of photovoltaic systems and offers a full range of services from technical organization to monitoring and fault management. By establishing a global service network, the PV specialist from Augsburg is expanding its portfolio, creating an integrated solution for system operators, O&M providers and component manufacturers.

Raising Power Network – rapid coordination of service call-outs
Raising Power not only offers services for fault rectification, maintenance and servicing of PV systems – it strives to improve these services, too. The service partners registered with the Raising Power Network are automatically enlisted for the necessary call-out via a software solution. Thanks to locally based service technicians, Raising Power can guarantee extremely short reaction times. This is particularly helpful for ad hoc call-outs, for example to replace an inverter or fix a defect. In order to ensure high quality on the part of service partners, Raising Power uses only qualified and certified partner companies.

Raising Power – an effective partner for O&M providers and component manufacturers
As an expert when it comes to providing operation management for systems of any size and from any manufacturer, Raising Power provides operation management or individual service modules for O&M providers and component manufacturers. Inverter manufacturers, for example, can take advantage of this service around the world and save money as they do not require external technicians or additional personnel of their own. Raising Power can also provide comprehensive training for its products by request.

With Raising Power's expertise, companies are able to offer their customers a 100% O&M solution and concentrate on their core skills. "With our services, companies can expand their service portfolios and launch new projects without having to gain extra know-how or bring in additional manpower," explained Michèle Rascher, Managing Director of Raising Power. "As a result, O&M providers are able to take on even large system portfolios without risk. The fact that all popular monitoring systems are integrated into our control center guarantees reliable and effective monitoring and management of all systems in a PV portfolio – always with the intent to achieve maximum performance and minimal downtimes. This is where the Raising Power Network pays off with its extremely quick reaction times," added Raising Power Managing Director Dirk Stahf.
